High performance, polyfunctional waxes: Luwax® types waxes
BTC Speciality Chemical Distribution sells the Luwax® range that contains a wide variety of waxes, including polyethylene waxes, oxidized polyethylene waxes, ethylene copolymer waxes, montan waxes and polyether wax. The Luwax® waxes are available in different consistencies. Luwax® types waxes are supplied in the form of powder, granules, flakes and pastilles, and as micronized waxes. The polyethylene waxes in the BASF Luwax® range are manufactured by a high-pressure process which enables them to fulfil high standards of purity.

High performance, polyfunctional wax emulsions: Poligen® types.
The Poligen® types are wax emulsions which are easy to handle in many applications. Poligen® types wax emulsions take into account the general trend towards organic solvent-free formulations. Poligen® wax emulsions are distinguished by their good film formation as additives (e.g. polishes for floor, shoes, leather, furniture and automobiles). The Poligen® types wax emulsions perform well in aqueous formulations such as water-based printing inks.
