For many coating applications, UV resins with high flexibility and excellent adhesion on flexible substrates are needed. Laromer® PE 9126 offers both – and even more.
Convincing with its outstanding flexibility properties, this UV resin perfectly adheres on many different flexible bases, e.g. PVC, linoleum, and several plastics. Additionally, it does not contain any Bisphenol A (BPA) and is therefore a real alternative to BPA-based resins. By substituting this chemical compound, BASF is meeting the latest regulations of the coating industry, ensuring we are prepared for upcoming requirements in the future.
The resin is appealing for different applications: for flexible resilient floorings, furniture edges, or 3C coatings. Laromer® PE 9126 impresses thanks to its high chemical resistance, e.g. against iodine. Moreover, a low-gloss design with typical matting agents can be achieved.
Apart from all these qualities, Laromer® PE 9126 is one of the first products of its kind in the market to offer a cost-efficient solution.
